"Dear eDreams
It was a terrible flight in contrast with the good service I got on Cimber Airlines on the way out- The return flight to Copenhagen was delayed 1hour10mins because of a computer failure with the baggage system, and other minor problems. What made things worse was the contradictory information given by the pilot and cabin crew, then their attitude when passengers complained about a lack of a clear explanation. They began shouting at perfectly calm but frustrated passengers and threatening to eject them from the plane using angry tones. I was disgusted by their performance which was more akin to the role of gaolers than stewards and stewardesses.
