"We had flown in from Chicago from Boston overnight and had received breakfast on the previous flight. Given that tis flight from Heathrow to Manchester was boarding at 12.40 we would have appreciated more than a packet of crisps and a soft drink."

"Just a basic quick flight from London to Mcr, had travelled long haul 2 prior flights from Australia, did not need breakfast roll etc would have been happy with glass of juice or water."
