"Incidents: I was refused to access the aircraft 33min before departure because I couldn't go through the security 35min as per their procedures which were not mentionned anywhere. This was not mentionned anywhere and the air hostess who checked in my luggage hasen't advised anythingabout that. I had to face an extremly rude BA employee who was yelleding at me all the time. Extremly unprofessionnal staff, none of the people I spoke to was willing to help.They were sending me from one desk to another without even explaining me what was happenning. After I had been refused the boarding they asked me to rebook straight away. It is a shame! I will never travel with BA again"
