"Incidents: My seat in the plane was wet (probably water), so my trousers got wet. But the stewardess was extremely friendly and helpful, and gave me a form for reimbursement for cleaning even though there were no stains on my trousers."

"Luggage handling: Obviously there are time constraints to handling luggage, but a little more care with the transfer of suitcases would be appreciated. It would be great if the luggage transfer areas and equipment could be kept cleaner, so that baggage doesn't get filthy in the process :)"
