"Flight from Heathrow to Zurich cancelled due to strike .... would have booked with anyone else as cheesed off with BA cabin crew who have a very good life compared with other staff ... but had to go with BA from City airport and pay a second fare. City airport though ... LOVELY!!!!!!! :-)"

"Aircraft: The aircraft was modern with comfortable leather seats. Seat size was generous with ample legroom to accomodate my 5ft 8"!"

"Luggage handling: Was able to send luggage on ahead on homewards trip. Made it all very easy. However was amazed at the amount of so-called 'hand luggage' brought on board - some of which looked far too large and caused huge inconvenience for other travellers on the flight!"
