"CheckIn: Prague check in was ok, could have done with another desk open though. Heathrow transfer in Terminal 5 was atrocious and I nearly missed my connecting flight. I was in line for 45 minutes for my first passport check. It was stressful and not fun at all. 2 of the 4 staff checking passports up and left when there was still a huge line of people waiting !"
