"Luggage handling: The guy behind the check-in desk (First Class section) did our check-in. He had to re-tag my luggage TWICE since he didn't understand my connecting flight details. I was certain he was going to lose my luggage (which he did!) British Airways somehow mishandled my luggage, causing me to miss my London- Hong Kong flight since Cathay Pacific won't let me board if my luggage is missing."

"Good flight with efficient service - both for check in and on board. Refreshments offered on board were very poor. A high sugar biscuit offered to my children and/or a pack of savoury crackers. A small sandwich would have been much more appreciated!"
