"Terrible. kept us cooped up on the ground for several hours. Inadequate information about what was happening. No food or drink for hours. When we finally took off - 3 hours late just one rubbish free drink, no free food. All this for nearly 400 Euros!!! Terrible customer service - worse than. Ryanair."
