"Flight missed due to 2 staff in immigration for 4 airplanesfrom the flight into Heathrow, staff at British Midland desk most unhelpful and rude, then charged a further £200 for another flight after already paying £63, there is a big difference in prices, I will not be booking with British Midland again if this is how they treat their customers, some training on "how to hepl the customer and politeness would be a good start""

"I booked myself onto the 17.10 from Manchester to LHR. You advised a change to 16.50. When I arrived at manchester I was advised the plan was delayed to 17.10 and then left at 17.30 with only 20 people on board Very frustrating"

"Incidents: We waited for over two hours on the aircraft as there was an extra piece of luggage placed on the plane by mistake. It took them over two hours to sort the matter out. It could of been taken off and sorted out whilst we were flying to Manchester. Our friend waited for over 2 hours to pick us up, and then we had over an hours drive to our destination."
