"CheckIn: long waiting ques ruined the first part of our holiday.
You should really have separate lanes for only baggage drop off as other airlines do. Combining all the different destination customers in one que completely make no sense! There is no considerations for people travelling with young kids at all, putting everyone into crazy long que! There is no point of having self check-in machines because you have to que again only for dropping the baggages off! seriouly you need better management system for customer's cenvenience. We checked in at Lufthansa airline desks at milan and it was very pleasant and you only need to que for less 5 mins just to drop off you baggages after self-checking in.
