"CheckIn: We arrived very early and the staff could not have been more helpful. We were issued boarding passes even though it was too early for the baggage to be accepted. Then, a supervisor suggested we leave on an earlier flight and this could not have been more helpful, since we were transferring at LHR to a flight to New Zealand."
