"I got this rude stewardess that not allow us to check in our luggages. She said it is my own fault for not paying check-in luggage. I tried to explain to her that there are no such option in website that I purchased the tickets plus I clearly know that each of us can check-in 20 kg of luggage. She is even make the rest of the passengers difficult to board the flight because of extra hand luggage and forced them to pay cash in Euros on the spot. This is all due to her fault for not letting them to check-in earlier in counter. I would like to file a report on her but unfortunately she didnt wear any name tag. All I can tell you about is I flight from Amsterdam to Moscow on 2nd July flight BT 618"
