"Surcharges comments: I had to pay 20 Euro extra to check in my suitcase. I did not notice, but in the ticket proce, there was only handbagguage. This is not nice, since when I was looking for my ticket, for Helsinki-Berlin flight, 20 Euro already makes a difference."

"Aircraft: on all the flights, there was problem with the air condition. Either too cold, or very hot. They switch off the cabin lights entirely for take off and landing. Why?"

"Overall, we were happy that we made a good choice to fly Helsinki-Berlin. When I booked it early in November, I had no way of knowing the amount of disruption in store, due to snowstorms. However, we arrived in Berlin in time for our ICE connection to Hamburg, so all was well! Merry Christmas!"

"Stopovers: The stopover in Riga was a nightmare. As the runway was being cleared of snow, we sat in the aircraft for over 90 minutes. Not airBaltic's fault, of course. Takeoff was scary, but all credit to the pilots for getting us to Berlin safely!"
