"Stopovers: The airport staff at the transfer desk was very rude and when my wife pointed out to her she shouted with an even louder voice. They were really not kind and extreemly rude."

"Incidents: At the transfer airport at Riga. We forgot our hand luggage in the plane, we were few steps away from the aircraft when we realised and were denied to go back. The plane was in front of us. We were referred to the transfer desk. But they were more interested in reminding our mistake and were in no mood to help. She said "if you forgot your bag its gone". I could see the flight we came through the window. My wife told her to be a bit more kind and speak in a better tone rather than scratch on our wound to which the lady at the airport yelled. Later, when I went to beg for help on the other counter, the above mentioned lady interfered and manupulated the current lady I am talking to. As expected this lady too begain to speak in a blank tone. It was clearly visible that the second lady was a kind person compared to the first lady but she was just influenced and supporting her peer. I felt helpless."
