"I booked with E-dreams depending on the departure and return dates and times alone, not aware which Airline I was booking with and where the stop overs where or how much time there was between flights. I was rather alarmed that very little time was allocated to change of planes in Riga."

"CheckIn: The boarding into the aircraft was extremely slow, often there was only one official letting people through, they seemed to be distracted quite often to answer the phone or deal with other things, so boarding took a long time. The plane was late and we missed the connecting flight in the other end."

"Stopovers: We missed the connecting flight, though the hostess assured us we would have plenty of time. It took ages to vacate the plane in Riga and to get everyone into the bus which seemed to drive around for ages. We had to go through security again and passport control where there were queues that proceeded slowly. By the time we arrived at the gate there was no one there and the plane had gone. There was another plane an hour later but the transfer desc took an hour to get our tickets changed though we were fourth in the queue. The queue was being high jacked by desperate travelers who all had missed their flights. At the end we did make the flight but it was very stressful."
