"I would not wish to travel with Air Baltic again. Their model of operations is too much like Ryanair. I returned with BA / Finnair MUCH better!"

"Airport staff and crew spoke way to fast. English is my first language, but I found it very hard to understand any of the announcements. Sat at the back of the plane and could not see the safety demonstration nor could I understand the person who was explaining what to do in case an emergency arose."

"Surcharges comments: I did not realise that there would be a luggage charge. When I looked at the website later I would say it is not clear, as it is difficult to find. So why would you look for it, if it doesn't pop up straight away. Perhaps Airbaltic could take a look at Ryaniar or Easyjet for some pointers on how to make their surcharges clear to their customers."
