"No problem with flight. Cabin personal was very friendly and service worked. Only thing I reacted was request to pay extra for luggage on check-in. I definitely do not have anything against to pay extra charge 21 for luggage. Would be better to default one luggage into booking routines for Air Baltic and offer very clearly opt out for those people who only have hand luggage. Alternative propose question of luggage as own menu very clearly so no misunderstandings appear. It is just time taking and confusing to pay for luggage on check in."
