"There was a man on the plane who had a psychosis, he was very violent!! Eventually 5 men held him down and he was tied up by his feet and hands. I thought the people on this plane were simply heroes, especially the psychologist who came to talk to the man and kept him calm for much of the time. Also the air crew did very well. But how did this man made it on the plane, that is the very scary thought!!!"
