"First it was an unpleasant surprise that the luggage was not included in the ticket. This came out of the blue (though I am sure you will point out some little text in the ticket which mentions it of course).
Then the system which was supposed to issue our tickets did not work so the tickets needed to be written manually (!). So, it took like 30 min to get it done.
After this, we had to go to pay for the luggage to a different place and another 30 waiting for it.
We were traveling with a little child, in Vienna they let us go first due to this, but in Riga they did not let us do it so we was quite bad the waiting and trying to fit with a small child. I understand that you are in the cheap flight business but having a little consideration with traveling families."
