"Stopovers: The flight from Vilnius to Riga was 10 mins late taking off and then waited on the ground for another 15/20 mins for a bus to come to pick us up, this meant that I and several other missed our conecting flight to Londo, and then had to fly to Oslo to get a flight to London !!!!
Overall we were 5 hours late getting back to London !"
