"i think air china has even less leg room than other air companies. also think movies and food should be better, and more vestern. i travel alot with air china throgh edreams, maybe 20 times a year, and only positiv is that it goes without stop rome- beijing, i get star airline points and the flights also has tv. the food is terrible!"

"CheckIn: ok, but staff should know more about membership on which air china is included, like star airlines, i have silver membership which gives 10 extra kilos but i had to argue to get it as the staff did not know. good quite quick check in othervise."

"Aircraft: as written above, very little space for feet. also staff could be more service minded. could be a vider range of movies for vestern (non chinese) as they have quite old movies and only movies with china at least in one sentence. food is terrible, and no western choice."
