"I did not like the food at all and I was very disappointed that we didn't have movies-on-demand. It is a very long flight to only be shown 1 movie throughout (and it was a bad movie at that)."

"Stopovers: The stopover in Shanghai Pudong was very long and boring. I tried to use internet but the lady at the business centre didn't speak English. Then, after reviewing the English list of services, she said that she didn't accept credit cards. Secondly, when I went to eat at Burger King, they didn't accept credit cards either. Also, my bag was not checked through to Melbourne so I had to collect my bags and carry them around for 2 hours until the check-in desk opened and then I had to queue for another hour to check in my bag that should have been checked straight to my final destinaton. I would not like to visit Shanghai Pudong again."
