"Incidents: There was no staff for the first 30 minutes after our arrival. There were many Japanese with me and luckily, I speak Chinese. We were put into a dirty van to be sent into a strange hotel to share two persons per room for the night. Dinner and breakfast was served but I now have food poisoning."
