"The plane (Shanghai-Frankfurt) was late abt 1.5 hrs and I missed my continuing Finnair-flight to Helsinki. However, Air China arranged me a new flight operated by Lufthansa, so at the end, I was only 3 hrs late. Another problem perhaps was that I had to check-in anew in Frankfurt."

"Luggage handling: The baggage dropp in helsinki just didn`t work! People who had done check-in in advance were not able to leave their luggage in baggage dropp because people were doing their check-in on that counter."
