"CheckIn: It would be good if you sent info in the email that it is not possible to online check in and ticket counter check in will be fine. I had my original credit card stolen the day before the flight so was worried I would have problem with check in but did not."

"Aircraft: The seats seemed quite worn and had lost some of the cush out of the cushions so were a bit uncomfortable for the 10 hour flight."

"Stopovers: Beijing (stopover) has a beautiful airport to see. It is very expensive to buy anything there. Also drinking water can cost $4 US per bottle or if you know to use a drinking water (filtration) station it is free."
