"Aircraft: The inflight entertainment was pathetic. Considering it was a long haul flight I expected alot more. There were perhaps 5 movies to choose from and no new releases or anything. My friend had the misfortune of her tv not even working for a long part of the flight. Then from Bejing to Sydney the whole system was down and nothing could be watched for 13 hours."

"Stopovers: The stopover in Bejing was horrible. We had to fill in 2 seperate forms just to stay in the terminal for 2 hours before our next flight. Everything was extremly unclear and unnessesary. Even though our bags had been checked in London we had to go through the entire process again, even though we were catching another flight."
