"Aircraft: Under the section food & drink - I have already mentioned that I could not get vegetarian food. I was served a cheese & ham sandwich. I gave it back to the hostess & asked if just cheese was available. She never returned so all I had on the flight was a cup of juice & a custard buscuit. I was annoyed that the hostess forgot about me. If there was no veggie food aboard she could have at least come back & let me know."

"Stopovers: I flew Quito / San Jose via Panama. I asked 3 different members of staff if I needed to reclaim my baggage & reboard at Panama. None knew & I was advised to go to the Copa desk in Panama airport. I had 5 mins until the flight left when I founf the desk. The lady was dealing with another customer. I waited 2 mins then politley interuppted saying - excuse me, sorry to interupt, I'm really scared I will miss my flight & need you to answer a quick question. I then told the lady what flight I was on & asked about my baggage. She stared at me & then siad she was busy & then ignored me & went back to dealing with the other customer. I felt this was awful as I was nearly in tears frightened I would miss my flight. The other customer was not in a hurry & he even seemed suprised at the lady's reaction. I ended up runnin to the gate & thankfully the staff there answered my question. I was able to board in time. We had an issue with the plane & had to disembark but at least I'd made it in time."
