"CheckIn: The check-in was really quick in New-York but on the way back from Vancouver the organization was terrible! I had to wait one hour or more to go trough the security area.
Another bad point is that the stewards couldn't speak clearly english, as a foreign person it was very difficult for me to understand some questions asked about administrative papers."
