"Old aircraft, delayed departure, rude flight attendants, I get a cold because of the low temperature, no blankets & cushions for a 5+ hours flight , no meal just snacks to buy, even tv on purchase!! Even the "elite lounge" is poor . Not worth to be a star alliance member!"
