"The flight took us from US to SE in time and that's good but the chairs are the most uncomfortable in your industry and the air lacked all oxygen and was terribly hot."

"CheckIn: Strong suggestion for the security check in all your airports: provide CUSTOMERS (not live stock) with some kind of plastic covers for bare feet so that your CUSTOMERS (not live stock) don't have to walk thru the security check with bare feet or sheer nylons while their flipflops or sandalettes are scanned (why???). That is both unpolite and really rude and not at all beneficial for the industry. Plastic shoe covers cost a few cents and almost all airports i Europe provide them. Otherwise I suggest that the security personnel start to work without shoes so that I don't have to walk with bare feet in the doggy poo dragged in by them."

"Luggage handling: Suggest that e-check in machines and manual check in counters are separated since a lot of people who didn't understood the check in machines blocked them so that it wasn't possible for others to use them. There were neither a separate bag drop counter."
