"Our flight was cancelled due to landing gear problems. The carrier Alitalia was totally insensitive to passengers' needs and kept us all in the airport until 16.00 before cancelling and 20.30 when re-routing was finished. The subsequent re-routing was not as described and in Rome we we not even on the passenger list. Don't they have computers? Staff did what they could but were limited because of company policy. passengers=travelling pieces of cheap meat:-("
