"The flight was cancelled due to no incoming flight, (due to technical fault on the aircraft). After much waiting in line (several hours), we were rebooked on an Iberia flight to Madrid early the next morning to connect with the Delta flight Madrid - New York JFK next day. We were given free overnight stay in a hotel near Valencia Airport."

"Stopovers: The unforeseen stopover in Madrid was OK, although we could not find the Delta Madrid - New York flight on the display screens in the terminal where we arrived from Valencia. After much investigation, we were informed which terminal to go to and we were taken by bus to that terminal, just in time."
