"My flight was cancelled due to closure of dublin airport.(weather conditions, frost and snow closed the airport).Didnt get any help from the staff at the check out in Lanzarote, was just told the flight was cancelled, take your checked in luggage back and were given 2 numbers to call and that was it, in other words collect your luggage and paddle your own boat!!!!"
