"The reason I am giving a bad review is that my connecting flight was delayed several hours for different excuses each additional hour we waited. At first they gave the excuse that the airplane we were waiting for had been detained due to the ash, then it was due to mechanical failure, then it was finally the original plane. My reserved transportation from JFK to New Jersey was cancelled, and I had to pay an addtional $54 dollars just to make it home. I asked if they would help us find transport or reimburse but was totally ignored by the airline representatives in Dublin. On the plane, I had to pay for coffee on the first flight, which I thought was ridiculous, since they had offered it."

"CheckIn: No wheel chair was provided even though I am obviously physically challenged. I had to hobble through the entire Dublin airport and am still recuperating from the trip. Then when I got to the connecting flight desk, no one was there, even though it was time to board the plane."
