"Incidents: I prebooked seats with extra legroom, 3weeks in advance with AerLingus. These bookings were not honoured on either the outbound or inbound flights.As my son is 6foot 5 in tall, it was an important consideration. I believed the booking was for real - why wasn't it honoured? How can I avoid this happening again? Very bad indeed."
