"Made to feel very comfortable by very pleasant helpful crew. Blankets, cushions provided for added comfort. Plenty of entertainment for all tastes."

"CheckIn: My partner was delayed on his journey to Gatwick, and the desk staff and supervisors could not have been more helpful, & made a frustrating situation much easier for me until he arrived. As we had booked separately, they made sure we sat together & e-mailed staff at Dubai to ask for seats together for the second half of the trip also."
