"It was the worse experience of flying EVER!!!! The flight was delayed for more than 7 hours. There was ridiculously poor information given by Emirates to the passengers. I worried sick because I couldn't even manage to contact my family who was waiting hopelessly in Jakarta. There was NOTHING that Emirates do to at least give some comforting remarks. Instead, we were deemed to wait only to find out that we had to miss another flight and use the same flight that had problem. I did not feel at ease AT ALL for the whole journey, knowing that it was the same aircraft that was brought back to Dubai when the problem was identified. I certainly WAS DISAPPOINTED!!!!!"
