"Staff is a big issue, they must learn proper customer service skills. Being a business major, the overal service was not professional. The cabin crew were wonderful, however, the supervisor at the malaga airport was rudely speaking to customers with no manners. I have never seen something like that happen before. She was being very racist and made the passengers at the front of the queque go to the end and said that if they had a problem that she would not let them board the plane. It was disgusting! I am never using Ryanair again!!!!"

"CheckIn: On my way from Brussels to Malaga, i had some trouble checking in online. I thought i had done so but when i arrived at the airport it was not recorded. I therefore did not board the return flight and had to pay for another ticket :( I did this with another airline because i was very unsatisfied with the overal service of Ryanair."
