"I do wish airlines like Ryannair would allocate seats, I (and everyone else I spoke to) really dislike having to find our own seats, it can be mayhem!"

"Very long check-in queue at Alicante Airport served by only one staff member, waited nearly an hour to reach desk before deciding to open an extra desk. Everyone very unhappy. The volume of people waiting was obvious and one check-in desk was ridiculous.
Air bridges! Sorry to bring this up but it was blowing a gale at Gatwick and raining as we boarded. No shelter on tarmac as we walked to the plane and up the steps. Very unpleasant (ruined my hairdo!!).
Surely the need for air bridges could be based on the weather prevailing on the day, not profit.

"CheckIn: open desks appropriate to the number of people waiting to check-in. We hadnīt moved forward in nearly an hour and lots of people still behind me.
Finally, someone noticed and another desk was opened but comments by this time were not complimentary.

"Luggage handling: Would need facilities to personally check weight of luggage before checking-in. One or two weighing machines easily accessible at departures would be very useful. Prevent all that changing of clothes from one suitcase to the other BESIDE the check-in desk, which we noticed a lot of passengers had to do. Kneeling on the floor, etc., obstructions at the desk, people walking round each other, etc. In fact I think it should be obligatory to use these weighing machines if they are provided. Less hassle for the staff as well. Failing that a separate area specifically for rearranging suitcase contents!!!"

"Booked evening before as Easyjet cancelled our orig. flight at short notice. Compared to the flight out this one was a dream; the cabin crew were business like and very helpfull. Flight was on time. A good expirience all round."

"by far the worst flight in my life
first were made 2 wait for about an hour to dorp bags
than charged double the price of the flight for bag check in
had to run to the boarding gate since were were made to wait for so long although i arrived 2 hours prior the flight
EXTREMELY RUDE STUFF
i was given zero assistance and they clearly didnt care if i d fly at all let alone about the qualityof my expereince
under no circumstances will i ever fly with ryanair again, worst company in the world which really should not exist
