"ryanair rating very good. would be excellent but due to french air traffic control strike, delays were inevitable.
Not the fault of ryanair who in the circumstances did all possible to get us to our destination

"CheckIn: due to our airport parking transit bus not leaving on schedule, we were outside our 2 hour check in window. resulting in member of staff treating us in a rude manner and threatening to refuse check-in of bags. eventually she reluctantly checked us in as they were still accepting check in. perhaps a bit more customer service and a little less queen of the castle attitude"
