"The flight was supposed to be from Brussels but it left from a very far away airport, that was about 40 minutes from Brussels, passangers should be warned about that"

"Appart from the annoyance of having to go to Charleroi, and the inconvenience of having to carry my handbag inside my travel bag, it is the constant efforts to sell you stuff that are exhausting with Ryan Air: first the meal, then smokeless cigarettes, then phone cards, followed by duty free items, and then scratch cards to win prizes, and then food again.... The first flight was a bit late, the return flight was on time and overall they were very good."

"From experience, I already expect some hussle when flying with Ryanair but this is greatly increased when flying from Charleroi, which I tried to avoid but couldn't this time.
I travelled with an arm in plaster due to a broken wrist but was not allowed to carry an insignificant bag though having to open and close my hand luggage every time I needed something was very difficult for me. I finally bought something in the "duty free" shops just to be able to carry a few things handy, as plastic bags from these shops are allowed. The flight was late, perhaps through no fault of the airline but I am sure they could provide more truthful information about know regarding our likely time of departure. We were at least one and a half hours late.

"Surcharges comments: I understand it should be possible to pay more when buying Ryanair tickets online if instead of checking in a 15 kg bag (?15) one wanted to check in a 20 kg bag (some ?35 or less) but in eDreams website this possibility was not offered and I had to pay ?60, besides the ?15 already paid, because the weight shown in the Ryanair checking counter was 18 kg."

"Incidents: Not actually check in but despite all the checking and restrictions there was obviously not enought room in the aircraft for every passenger to carry one standard size bag and a few of them had to be taken down to the hull. Since all that I had as hand luggage was very important to me (documents and a laptop mainly) I had to take almost everything out as my bag had no lock.,"

"Aircraft: do some proper cleaning (dirty & wet floor , sticky seat (chocolate), dirty toilet seat). cabin staff clean the airplane then serve out food!! DISGUSTING - I am sure this contravenes European Law of Hygene!!!!!!!!!"
