"staff at the aeroport was not helpfull and also was quite rude. We lost our flight due to traffic from dublin city centre to the aeroport, we managed to buy another flight for the same day, which end up beiing delayed almost one hour, with no explanation, at all. only when in the flight, the captain apologised, before no one knew what was happening."

"CheckIn: we travel with easy jet prior to this flight, and we payed for 20kg lugage, we found out that with ryanair we where only allowed 15 kg, so we really were after all very disapointed"

"CheckIn: Why do they have immigration officers at the boarding gates. They single out foreigners and check their passports. I found it very offensive for the airline to do that and I'll avoid travelling with them at all cost."
