"Advise passengers to retain Baording Pass on return to UK as this is required to pass Immigration. Passport holders have to get a special form stamped and then return to ROI/Channel Islands gate."

"CheckIn: Online check-in means check-in delays have been moved to the Boarding Gate as this is where tickets and passports are checked by Ryan Air. Start ticket checks as soon as plane is available, i.e. incoming plane lands. On boarding the aircraft, free seating causes delays as people fill seats from the aircraft doors inwards as opposed to from the centre outwards. Guide them on order of seating."

"That the attendents giving the anouncements speak much slower and clearer. Hardly anyone could understand what they were saying on the way out and the way back!"

"CheckIn: A delay in the incoming flight meant a longer waIt to board. The seats not being allocated causes so much pushing and shoving on and off.

We didn't retain our boarding passes at London and so couldn't go straight through at immigration. It would not have been hard for RYAN AIR to have written on the boarding pass "please retain for use at immigration in the UK".

"Children: We didn't get to sit together on the way out as we didn't know that it would be such a free for all. that wasn't good. On the way back we arrived early for check in so got to sit together a lot of familys didn't though."
