"We flight was delayed for 2 hours.
Once all the passengers were on board, an with its belts fasted, Iberia told us the flight will go to Seville instead of Jerez, because Jerez airport closed at 00:00 and we weren't allow to land there. We arrive to Jerez by bus at 2:00 a.m. in the morning.

"Rip-off: instead of trying to pretend to be cheaper than other companies, the overall traveling cost is actually higher in the end with an extremely low service quality! I can't see the point of having such air flight companies!"

"CheckIn: It is a very unpleasant feeling to be checked for the correct size and weight of its bag just before boarding (it's like someone is trying to screw you by any means... and you never know where it is going to come from).

"The staff need to improve their communication skills/ english and need to be more friendly and helpful, I think that is what is expected in customer service."

"Surcharges comments: The online check in never gave me a preference of luggage weight and it therefore automatically selected 15kg when I needed 20kg. Also there doesn't seem to be any advantage to checking in online as their was only one desk for each flight which every one is in anyway."

"Incidents: The staff at the check in desk would not allow me to check my luggage in as it was over weight. They did not adeqautely explain what I was supposed to do with the luggage, they were not helpful upon further questioning so I proceeded to the customer service desk where I thought I had to pay for the extra luggage. While all this was going on our plane was boarding so I was quite stressed. This staff member rang the check in desk and all she said was "go to gate ! go to gate!" I was unaware that I could take a large suitcase through security to the plane espiecially with all the liquids but no one stopped me and we made it just in time. The staff at the gate were laughing and carrying on that I had my large suitcase with me. I told them that they wouldn't allow me to check the bag in and they replied by saying that I was late. I thought that arriving 2 hours early was sufficient but obviously due to the inefficiency of the airline that isn't the case."

"Incidents: After x2hr delay we got back onto flight schedule and were about to take off when a lady wanted to get off for no apparent reason, the entire plane with children in 30deg heat with minimal air con were extremely upset as did not think this was an option at this late stage. At the start there was no explanation of why we were delayed in the first place. Plane then had to be refueled before arriving in London 4hrs later than scheduled."
