"CheckIn: In passport control they did not accept the European community identity card of my 16 year old daughter. The assistant of Ryanair threatened us, she was very rude, and she gave us no reason why she did not accept the identity card. When we said that we will call our embassy she answered: dont mind I ll throw your laggage out of the airplane. In the embassy they ll do what I say. And if I dont let you go, they ( she meant the cob that made the passport control and the emabssy) ll not let you go. Moreover, in order to have the right weight and size in our laggage we should open it in front of all the other people. Just for half a kilo! This was humiliating."
