"Surcharges comments: I can't remember how much I was charged for paying by credit card, but I was charged. I was also charged at the desk (on the outband flight) for excess of weight. "It was my worst flight EVER!!! 2 hours delay for boarding, another 1 hour waiting in the plane for take off, after arrival in Madrid 15 minutes waiting for the doors to open as the ground crew didn't show up!!! After all that not even a complementary drink! I was more than 3 hours late!!!"

"checking suitcases at the airport was a terrible, really unprofessional and rude staff on the desks. Paid £25 for five people to be able to board the plane first which was very badly organise so it was a waste of money."
