"On the way home we found the check in staff at veince airport to be rude. Then our flight was delayed and the same guy searched me twice. It is like seriously I didn't have anything before why would I have something now."

"The time on the ticket when it stated gates closed was wrong, they didn't even open the gates until after the "gates closed" time! The flight itself was ok but I thought the charge of 80 GBP to take my snowboard was a far to much, especially considering how much other carriers charge."
