"A baby girl 3 rows behind us screamed like mad during the whole fllight Please let me know what actions you took or will take to prevent a repeat.

"Incidents: See my earlier comment. I do realize that it is a difficult situation for the crew to handle. This baby was already behaving in the same way before boarding the least you could do is to inform the parents that they will no longer have access to Gulf Air flights. It is very likely that they knew that this "nut house" situation was unavoidable"
