"I have now used Ibreia 3 times and twice the flights have been delayed when you have connecting flights with other companies is very poor in todays buissness."

"Return flight information from Madrid was changed from gate M to gate J then gate K. We do not know this airport and despite arriving early we struggled to reach the final gate on time. It spoiled our previous good impressions as we had a very long walk with little time left to spare."

"CheckIn: I decided to check in online, but as I was on hoilday I didn't have a computer and as I had to check in the day before -2 hours before the flight it was a bit difficult to find a internet open cafe to do this. I think it would be better to check in online for both the outward journey and inward journey. I saw only 3 self check in machines at madrid airport but I think these could be confusing."
