"It was a nice flight, though I would like to hear more English from the customer service, because many times I could not understand what it was happening. I did not also enjoyed the breakfast that was offered, but that was not a serious problem."

"Although we had arrived at terminal T4 in Madrid at 11:00 am we were told that we had to purchase another ticket to fly to Athens. Original flight left at 11:45am, so we had to wait for the next flight at 6:30 and we had to pay extra to return."
